Perfect for traditional focus groups of 12 or less, our conference room is equipped with a 42” plasma TV monitor, DVD player, VHS player, Internet (wired & wireless), web testing and is HD-Enabled.   Additionally, this 15’ x 14’ room is hard wired with audio/video recording equipment.

Multi-Purpose Room & Clubhouse

Our versatile 27’ x 16” room doubles as a meeting room and large-venue focus room.  Equipped with a large one-way mirror, client viewing room and audio/video capabilities, this space is perfect for brainstorming sessions, product testing and corporate meetings. We also have kid friendly furniture and mats for venues with children.

Client Viewing Room

Our comfortable client lounge offers a large viewing window and seating for up to 9 people.  This 19’ x 13’ room features several pub style tables that can be configured to accommodate  client’s needs.  For additional comfort, the room also has a large oversized couch and ottomans.  The room is professionally wired so that client’s can view and listen to research sessions in the conference room and/or the clubhouse.

50’s Style Kitchen

Whether used for preparing and testing products or as a “meet and greet room”, our 50’s style kitchen immediately warms up respondents.  This 25’ x 15’ kitchen is decorated in red, white and black and has two “diner” booths, retro kitchen tables & chairs, stove, sink, dishwasher and refrigerator and accommodates 15 people comfortably.

With the feeling of stepping into someone’s living room, our reception area immediately makes people feel at home.  Our reception area has comfortable seating, a designated restroom and a private lounge area for personal calls, intimate conversation or a moment alone.

Outdoor Deck

Our outdoor deck overlooks the Monksville Reservoir and our extensive grounds. It is the perfect spot for meetings, debriefing sessions, grabbing a bite to eat or for venues that may require an “al fresco” location.  The deck includes patio furniture and there are many additional areas around the facility with comfortable seating.
